I uploaded the CL that I sent along with the REXX to IBM. It wasn't
intended for anything but reference in the code repository(, though I
wouldn't have minded if anyone pointed out something that made it work).
Sheesh... You HAD to try to run it!

p.s. It took them a full extra day to let me know that they couldn't
make STRREXPRC work. I pointed out that I had included a sample
STRREXPRC in the code and that CMDENV(*EXECSQL) really was important.
