Don't believe everything you read. Just about EVERY article had it wrong.
Apple is not trying to trademark "podcast" that has already been determined
as a generic term. If you read the "Cease and Desist" letter, it isn't. It
is a letter basically stating that Podcast Ready shouldn't trademark or use
the term myPodder. There is still questions surrounding some of the
terminology, but overall this is the consensus so far.
