Many European companies are deeply involved in SOX compliance as they have
branches or trading partners in the States.

You could try simply e-mailing Mark Spakowski and asking him where he got
your contact details from. Anyone harvesting the midrange.com lists risks
incurring the wrath of David Gibbs.
