Agreed.

How about Missing link?  I think they can call out and record the status
of the call.  

I use them for inbound calls.  It's all RPG.

It is a PC that does the actual dialing though.  My customers have maybe
had to reboot once or twice a year due to a lockup.   You can also
reboot the PC by ending the As/400 subsystem.
