When he started telling me about the BIOS change/issue, I asked him if
this was in a knowledge base document or FAQ or something I should have
been able to find on my own ('cause I _did_ look). He said no, because
they didn't like giving out this kind of info to just anyone due to the
damage they could unleash. But I sounded like I knew what I was doing
so he told me. :)
