Norton Utilities can help you manage your PC resources
IF YOU HAVE PLENTY TO SPARE
but if you are hurting for resources, they can do more harm than good.

I have Norton Suites but I use some aspects extremely heavily
Norton Anti Virus is excellent
Norton Firewall I am happy with ... I selected them because it fit into my
Norton package
Norton Utilities I do not use as heavily as I did when I was on Win 3.1 with
NDOS (Norton DOS)

There is some stuff in Norton Suite I almost not use at all & sparingly.
It was price competitive to get the suite rather than the individual pieces I
wanted & the help is all integrated.

Some Norton stuff is great & other questionable.
If there is Norton stuff you aquired for a particular reason, like Security,
be sure to replace it with something equally good.
