Salaried, no compensation for "non-normal" hours.  On call 24X7, wear
pager if not at home in the evenings.  Actually get paged average of
once per month or so.  I have always been a 1-person shop so it is
definitely in my best interest to make sure stuff runs smoothly. <g>  I
have been allowed to leave work at 4pm on the days my kids have a
ballgame at 4:30pm.
