I downloaded it from following site and installed on V7R1, I was able
to install it minutes.. I did some basic testing.. now I need some
templates or working programs to see if it can be an option.... it does
look promising but I don't see a lot of material on google..

All true, but it is also possible he was talking about iSeriesPython,
which runs on everything from V5R3 on up. (I am aware of older
versions that have been used in production on V4R4 machines, but I
don't know how you would go about getting those older versions today.)
