ok. new information. i first had split my connections from the iseries. i had the console going to my 192.168.168 zone, i had the other on my dmz 192.168.10 zone. i was able to connect to my console, but not to the .10 zone. i then moved my console to the .10 zone also. now im getting a A6005008 error.

the iseries doesnt seem to like any zone but my x1 192.168.168. im not sure why.

If you plug your PC back in and do a tracert similar to the following:

C:\Users\ROB>tracert gdihq2

Tracing route to gdihq2.dekko-1 [10.10.6.32]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 1 ms 1 ms <1 ms gdslan-v8.corp.dekko.com [10.10.8.1]
2 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms gdihq2.dekko-1 [10.10.6.32]

Trace complete.

Does your line 1 match 192.168.10.1?
And, when your PC does IPCONFIG does the "Default Gateway match
192.168.10.1?
