I've never heard of TRCTCPAPP myself until this morning. Then I got word
that a customer had been advised to use it in connection with slow
performance on a Tomcat server. Is that even possible? So far, it
doesn't look like it; it looks like it would only apply to servers that
are IBM LPPs.
As I type this, I'm just starting to look at this page:
