It was announced this spring and available even before the Annual COMMON Conference. It's first Technology refresh is announced and may be on Fix Central already (Haven't looked this week yet.)

Seriously it's out there and I have several customers already running i 7.3 and we have several partitions on iInTheCloud running it.

So far it has been very very good.
