I know you may have a preference for the old ways, such as Book Manager,
but you need to get past that. It's Knowledge Center

Someone upgrading from 7.1 needs to study both the 7.2 and the 7.3 MTU.

If you show the table of contents (thing at top left) you can drill down
into "IBM i and related software" to also find upgrade instructions.
