The term "circumvent", as in _bypass a[an apparent] defect_; i.e. indeed, a SQL query ODP should be full-closed per a library list change, *for which* the resolution to any unqualified name reference(s) points to a *different object* in the current-new-run than in the existing-saved-run that might be under consideration for re-use. Should a difference be noticed, then consideration for re-use should be denied, with the effect being, that of a full-close of the /saved/ and a full-open with the /new/.
