I did some gentle poking of the config using the web console as QSECOFR. It said I wasn't authorized to make any changes. I think that's IBM's way of saying "There be dragons!"

This is definitely be VERRRRRRY careful and do NOT take my word wholesale on this - I have never tried to modify these config files - there's also one name /QIBM/UserData/HTTPA/admin/conf/admin-cust.conf
for user-additions to the config - maybe that is useful for this kind of thing.

Anyhow, that's all I know on short notice.
