Our SPLTOOL software (www.bvstools.com/spltool.html) has a feature that
allows you to create a PDF from a *SCS spooled file and at the same time
apply another PTF as a sort of "overlay".

What's nice about this is that the overlay can be color and all static
information can be anything you want.

The downside is that the text from your spooled file will only be courier
font. Think of it as a sort of "digital pre-printed form".

Creating the PDF overlay is simple these days with so many applications
allowing you to save files as PDF.

Also, any software from our site has a free trial for as long as you need
to see if it will work for you.
