RE: V7R2 OS Upgrade - Work with licensed programs for target release questions

I understand, but remember that you have to do all of option 5 Prepare
for install, before you even do the VFYIMGCLG. Kind of weird, I admit.
And, as I said earlier, I even forget when doing some upgrades.

But I'm pretty sure that option 5 does have that blank line at the top
also and you won't have to wait until you complete the install to do
RSTLICPGM.

RSTLICPGM is what one had to do before they added the blank line at the
top.

And, you're right, it's best to do this using the blank line at the top of
option 5. Because, if you don't, and you put on your cume and groups,
then run the RSTLICPGM, you'll have to rerun the cume and groups.
