In the Audit log of ESA, I saw this:

QSJSTRTSK: QSJSENDER Job submitted successfully.
<init>: xxx.yyy.zzz.COM: <*host name deleted*>
xxx.yyy.zzz.COM
QSJSENDER: java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError
QSJSENDER: cause: com.ibm.esa.i.util.ESAException: An
exception has been thrown while the Host Name was
retrieved.
QSJSENDER: cause: java.net.UnknownHostException:

There is no such entry in the host table. Could it be the problem?

SWAG: Yes; and there should be little harm, in adding the name as an Entry to the Host Table for a\the IP address in the Interfaces listed in Configure TCP/IP (CFGTCP) option-1. And [though possibly /or/ if correct(ed) DNS setup can enable Host Name resolution], Change TCP/IP Domain (CHGTCPDMN) to establish /appropriate values/ for the Host Name (HOSTNAME), Domain Name (DMNNAME), Domain Search List (DMNSCHLIST) Host Name Search Priority (HOSTSCHPTY)
