Message . . . . : IBM i usage limit exceeded - operator action required.

Cause . . . . . : The processor usage limit of 12 processors for product

5770SS1, license term V7, feature 5051 has been exceeded.
-- Current processor usage across all active IBM i partitions is 7.00.

-- Current processor usage for the local partition is 7.00.

It was resolved by changing this:
Shared Processor Pool: RACK1
Reserved Maximum
Pool Pool Processing Processing
Name ID Units Units
DefaultPool 0 N/A N/A
IBMi 1 0 7
IBMiAppServer 2 0 5
NonMimix 3 0 5

to
Shared Processor Pool: RACK1
Reserved Maximum
Pool Pool Processing Processing
Name ID Units Units
DefaultPool 0 N/A N/A
IBMi 1 0 6
IBMiAppServer 2 0 5
NonMimix 3 0 1

That dropped it from 12 (7+5) down to 7 (6+1).
Matches the current CPU usage by the lpars within those shared pools.
And since 7=7 it no longer complains about 7 being greater than 12.
