I wish I could just turn mine off. It's added by exchange on the way out
of the building. It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't put so many blank
lines in there.

Folks, if you constantly type in your company name in your footer you
may wish to consider creating a standard footer.
Just happened to be checking my 'junk' folder. Got to thinking "why is
there some wdsc list mail in my junk folder?" Turns out there is a
member from a software company which I got tired receiving spam from and
redirect all their emails to junk.
He must be typing in the company name instead of just putting it into a
footer. The occasional misspelling is a hoot!
I realize I'm living in a glass house but I can see why this might be a
case for not using your company email for list subscriptions.
