Subject: Using Navigator for i V7R1 for DCM-cannot see store

Looking at existing system to set up SSL for web service.
DCM panel does not show options to see store or create the store.
This is a system setup long ago with many upgrades and no one knows if DCM used or not.
Tried QSECOFR profile as well as other all obj auth profile.
Have tried both http and https admin (https never connects).

Is there a non gui way to check this?
