In order to get the IBM pre-printed version, try attending COMMON's Annual
Meeting in spring! Scott Forstie almost always has a stack of them with
him. I don't know if he's going to be a COMMON Fall Conference or not.

Then again heavy stock with a laminator works too......

Do it the same way any SQL Server programmer would do it SELECT * FROM
SYSTABLES
