OK you have a network but the target box needs to have the Service Tools
device handle that side.

So delete 10.10.206.129 interface and line description. Go into SST and set
up the Service Tools interface to use that resource name (it will not be
available until the Ethernet line description is deleted) and set up the
target there. After saving and restarting the interface if the host can
ping the remote you're off to the races.
