I think we're on the same page... I want V7R1 customers to get the needed
SSL updates because it's still a supported OS version.

I don't want to be that ISV that has to tell them they need a new OS
version for my software to work. That sheds a bad light on me (as well as
other products that rely on IBM keeping things up to date with supported OS
versions).
