FYI, the 64-bit start program should fallback to running the 32-bit
start
program, but a couple internal developers have seen this same problem
where it's not working for some reason. (of course, I and some other
ACS
developers can't recreate on our machines) We're looking in to it at
the
moment.


Considering ACS is a Java application, you must have a JVM installed on
this machine or it will not run. If you have not explicitly installed a
JVM, then the start program will attempt to use the JVM shipped with
Client Access, which is a 32-bit JVM.
