Does anyone find it frustrating when you open up a simple PMR with IBM
like:
I do a command line ftp from my ibm i to the same ibm i and it tells me it's running 7.2 when it's running 7.3.
and IBM replies back: We can duplicate this in our office - please send in a PTF listing.

Wait?! You can duplicate it there and yet you need ME to send in a PTF listing? Like, don't you know how to generate one yourself to send off to development?
Or is development really just asking for that to delay working on the PMR?
Granted, I made it a level 4 (lower than whale <excrement>) priority.
