WRKWTR, then F17 to see the writer job, then option 10 to look at the
job log. If IBM i is diagnosing something, it should be in there.
Otherwise, it's probably on the printer's side.

To that end, I see that the 5100cn allows Postscript - is the printer
somehow stuck in that mode as opposed to PCL mode?
