Let me see if I have this right.

For IBM i - 5051 the "Usage Count Information" for "All partitions" is the
sum of -physical- processors in the shared processor pool used by all of
your IBM i partitions.
And the usage count information for "Local partition" is the current
number of virtual processors assigned to this lpar.

For IBM i - 5053 the "Usage Count Information" for "All partitions" is the
sum of all -virtual- processors for the partitions which are activated for
"Application Server only".
And the usage count information for "Local partition" is the current
number of virtual processors assigned to this lpar.

Based on this, to keep legal on my Application Server lpars, I should make
my virtual processors equal to my physical processors?
