In a former life, we printed 4 part forms on a laser printer. We found a
supplier that had multi sheet paper designed just for this purpose. Each
sheet had to be printed separately (we controlled with our forms tool). The
driver only had to sign the top copy and the signature went through just
like it did with the four part forms.
Found it be to cheaper than the pre-printed forms. More convenient.

The supplier had two types of paper based on of the paper was printed on
the
face down or face up side. Came with the typical white, pink, etc. sheets
in
sequence. We used a printer with two drawers, so one had plain white paper
for general printing and a drawer with the 4 part paper. The forms program
sent the BOL or whatever form to the drawer with the 4 part paper,
everything else defaulted to the white paper drawer. Seems like they had 3
and 5 part paper also. While I was employed there, I don't recall any
issues
other than the normal printer issues (jammed paper, etc.) but nothing more
than we had at other printers.

Unfortunately, that was over 10 years ago. So, I don't have any of the
contact or other information available.
