You know, if I didn't have SCNMSGF to scan message files for text when I
do not receive the message id's IDK what I would do.

I'm thinking you are receiving
CPDEF41 - Electronic Service Agent not activated. Required product not
installed.

The second level text of that message in the joblog will say something
like:
Cause . . . . . : Activation of Electronic Service Agent requires
product &1
option &2 to be installed.

And it will have &1 and &2 filled in.
This may help.

After you get all that, reapply your cume and all your groups.
