And it hung.

Called IBM and tried to open a pmr on it. After getting a gal who had a
poor grasp of English and argued with me by insisting that 7.3 is not
available yet she finally tried to transfer me to ESS.
They ponied up that they've been down pretty much all day and it's hurting
them internally also.

Just trying to put on keys...
Oh well, I get 70 days. I was just hoping to have them on a recent
save...
