Some more info might help. What are you seeing n the HMC - does it say
"connecting" or something else ? When you replaced the cables are you sure
they are direct between the correct HMC interface and the 570 ? Do you
happen to have access to the ASMI ? Not sure powering down the 570 will
"reset the FSP" of itself - more action might be needed.
