Look for a library on your system named RDFONT*

If you don't have it, there's a self-extracting archive (RDFONT01.exe) here
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/printers/products/as400

Contains a save file named rdfont01.v5

The save file contains library RDFONT01V5

Restore that to your system, and they'll be a command PRTFONTC...
