The program object is not locked so it can be replaced/recreated.
Just insure the triggers don't fire while doing so. The only issue might
be that after delete/create you may still encounter messages about trying
to reference all or part of an object that no longer exists if you don't
stop and restart any programs that use the triggered file(s).
