Can you just move the whole rack? We moved 10 miles by loading the racks into a trunk and moving to new location. Set the racks, bolted to floor, ran new Ethernet cables, (Pre-ran them and had them hanging from the ladders), Plugged in rack PDU's to new UPS. Just about 1 hour of actual down time. (Not counting the restricted state backup.)
