We get around that by a script that runs as part of our refresh of the Dev box. It goes through the email address file(s) and changes the address to a Dev mailbox we have setup for that purpose. Also runs through an FTP config file we have and invalidates the domain name.

Brad,

No, MAILTOOL worked.
The problem is that on a test LPAR you never want an email to go to any external email, which would be customers/clients.

How did that happen? I apologize if we already discussed this but if the issue was with my MAILTOOL software I want to know what the problem was.
Of course contact me offline for that issue.

Brad,

Testing MAILTOOL worked ok on the test LPAR.
But one time a test email was accidently sent to 100,000 plus
customers, oops.
You simply can't run the options.
Some processes need tweaking if you're going to test.
