If you're interested, our DB2 Lab Services team regularly helps clients
running Cognos (or any other BI tool) tune those queries. I know one of
the consultants was just saying how he helped a customer last week take a
report running 8 minutes down to less than 1 second. So while it may be
true Work Management can be affecting things, its probably also very
important to understand what else you can do to accelerate those queries.
