Thanks for the feedback/update.
I was working with Greg Bissey.

Simply deleting the USRSPC will resolve the issue.
RXS will auto re-create the USRSPC with an updated library list from the current jobd.
Old libraries can then be deleted, without issue.
This is scheduled for Monday moring.
