The URL might have changed. For example,

will not be i5 anything for 7.2

But, in a way, you're right they did seem to drop the "Shared Memory
Functions" area. But you can find shmget(), if you look for it. (Not
that you should have to look for it individually...)

Can you share the mechanism you've chosen for sharing memory between two
jobs?

We use RPG wrappers around system APIs. I thought I would just share a
Knowledge Center reference to the APIs, but it appears that IBM's
documentation has not been carried forward to 7.1 and 7.2 releases. You
can
find some information at 5.4.
