You cannot nest these.
You must do one of the following:
- exit the first S/36 PRC.
- not break out into CLP and restart a PRC.
- Find an alternative to running the last part as a PRC.

So,
first I'd look at rewriting the second call to a CL.
then maybe rewriting all to CL
then maybe looking at spinning off the second call as a batch job or data
queue job.
