HI I am trying to troubleshoot. We have a new warehouse almost ready.
the user there entered a process to run on the ibm i. It created
spool file via Jet forms also. When I look at that users spools, this one
is held. I release it and it disappears. I asked them to run again but what
should I be looking for ? I want that it should print. I will make sure to
save *YES after printing but that's assuming it does actually print.

I don't know anything about Jet forms - you may want to call their
support people.

As the system is shipped, when a spooled file 'disappears' it has been
printed. To see where it will go, look at the spooled file attributes
when it is held.

If you are really lost, maybe the system admin has (or can) set up job
accounting. DON'T DO THAT YOURSELF.
