I'd certainly help with formatting and curating as well if someone asked
for it on the list. That being said, are people on this list comfortable
with markdown? mediawiki uses its own syntax that isn't used elsewhere, so
unless you edit wikipedia, or other things that use the mediawiki software,
the formatting language is different from every other forum etc on the
internet.

Would it be worth looking into a plugin for mediawiki to get it to parse
markdown? Or even just a RTF control for the editor? Or is none of this
holding anyone back from making edits?
