If it has no "Special Instructions", and, the "Default Instructions" says
"THIS PTF CAN BE APPLIED IMMEDIATE OR DELAYED." then generally it isn't a
problem.
I have seen the occasional need for a prereq or coreq which requires
additional action but this one claims it has no prereq's or coreq's.
