You are right.
I misread your initial post and did not take care that you spoke about IFS sav commands.
I was focusing only on the general backup activity. QUSRDIRDB is included into *ALLUSR libraries, so during a SAVLIB *ALLUSR, you will have this object which will not be saved. To avoid this error, we omit this object in *ALLUSR BRMS backups.
