Nirvan,

I have been working Host Print Transform API (QWPZHPTR) for a few weeks over the holidays and there are not many examples on the internet at all.

The SPL2TIFF program was published in Search400 and reused many other places.

The original source is here: http://search400.techtarget.com/news/854090/SPL2TIFF-program
but requires an additional program to send program messages.

It was republished on UZAEMON's Homepage as SPL2STMF standalone utility here: http://homepage1.nifty.com/uzaemon/index.html

I hope this helps.

Jim

p.s. I believe there may be a bug in QWPZHPTR it is generating problem logs on some spoolfiles. Software problem data for QWPZHPT1 has been logged. Error detected in application program.
And the program stack shows:

QWPZHPT1 QSYS 87
Procedure: QwpzHostPrintTransform
QWPZHPT1 QSYS 14
Procedure: TransformFile
QWPZHPT1 QSYS 108
Procedure: TransformData
QWPZHPT1 QSYS 140
Procedure: CheckTransformReturn
QWPZHPT1 QSYS 145
Procedure: BuildFFDC
QPDSRVPG QSYS 72
Procedure: QpdReportSoftwareError

Hi Team,

I got the source code of QIMGCVTI from archive. i believe i can use QIMGCVTI
instead of Qias mgCvtImg, so now i got an idea for PDF to AFPDS conversion.
now i have to find out how to convert PCL out of AFPDS spool file using
HPT's Api *QWPZHPTR. *

Does somebody have an example source code to share? Or any suggestion for
*QWPZHPTR?*

*Thanks,*
