We just shoot out a corporate email. Two actually. 1 week in advance and
then again the day of. Brief outage during the switch on Friday night and
the switch back on Sunday night sort of thing.
Consistency.
Do your switches at roughly the same scheduled times during the downtimes
and they'll get out of the habit of scheduling a truck right at that
moment.
