I can get to:

Applying Journaled Changes Using a Remote Journal Receiver
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1016589

Simple Journal based replication for disaster recovery and periodic
refresh of a distant machine
ftp://www.redbooks.ibm.com/redbooks/2006_System_i5_Forum_Session_files/2006HAP01/HAP01_HA_on_Shoestring.pdf

But I can't get to that DB2 one either. The problem is simple. you can
get to http://www.ibm.com/systems/power/hardware but not
http://www.ibm.com/systems/power/software
and many google searches, and even IBM searches on their own site, still
refer to the latter. Perhaps it's some big push to developerworks? But
they've really bollexed this up. You can get to
https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/ibmi/find/downloads/ by dilligently
staying within searches but if you then click on the link for "IBM Journal
Planning and Performance Analysis Tools" it goes casters up.
