RE: What keeps SAV from backing up /QNTC -- MIDRANGE-L

I took another look at this message:

They were right. There were zero objects not saved due to someone setting
the ALWSAV attribute therefore there would be zero CPD37C3 messages.

There were 14 objects not saved because the system indicated that they
should not be saved.
On that part you're on your own to determine why the system indicated why
they should not be saved.

and since when you try the
CHGATR OBJ('/QNTC/GDL164/qtemp') ATR(*ALWSAV) VALUE(*YES)
you get:

Message ID . . . . . . : CPFA0AD
Message . . . . : Function not supported by file system.
Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to use a function which was not
supported by the file system for path /QNTC/GDL164/qtemp.

The problem is QNTC does not support SAV.
