That would be pretty bizarre if *LVL2 works. If so, then IBM needs to
change the documentation on that. Originally that was created because
some people wanted the /COPYs expanded but not the /INCLUDE. *LVL1 says
not to expand /INCLUDE while *LVL2 says to expand /INCLUDE. There used to
be some things that simply did not work in the precompiler but worked
after it got past the precompiler and got passed off to the compiler. You
would stick code like that in an /INCLUDE source.
