I would give it a try. Most of us ISVs have smartphones that alert us of
email just like a call or text message.

The only reason I personally use a phone number on our BVSTools support
page is because of your reaction... if we don't see a phone number some
thing that means no support. That's not the case at all, at least for us.

We know that most shops do their updates over the weekend, so we watch our
emails, phone calls and text messages just as closely during the weekend as
we do during the work week days and nights. (well, I do splurge for a nap
on Sunday afternoons so there might be a 1-2 hour silent period.. lol)

Give it a shot. I have a feeling Bob set that up specifically to funnel
support through one and only one interface. If that's the case, I imagine
he'll be alerted of it and hopefully take action.

Might anyone know how to get in touch with Cozzi Productions in a
critical emergency? We just upgraded to a new hardware/serial number
and none of the XTOOLS library functions are working on the new serial
number. I think its because we are still referencing xtools and not
coztools but not sure.
This has our entire web site down at the moment
