The dynamically produced table as RCTE is a true-temporary
temporary-object and may easily outperform a reference to a pre-existing
TABLE of numbers, esp. if the data must be faulted. And nobody can
delete-from, insert-into, or update the data in the dynamic TABLE like
they potentially could with a permanent database file; perhaps onto
which some additional protections [e.g. triggers, ALWUPD(*NO)
ALWDLT(*NO), etc.?] should be placed, to prevent possible unexpected
results.?
